Public Offer for Provision of Services

LLP “DaxGroup” (the “Service Provider”)

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) made by LLP “DaxGroup” (the “Service Provider”) and sets out the terms for providing services on https://likeraptor.com (the “Website”).
1.2. Pursuant to Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this document constitutes a public offer. Under Clause 3 of Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, payment for services by the Customer constitutes acceptance of this offer and is deemed equivalent to entering into a contract on the terms set forth herein (the “Agreement”).
1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of this offer, you should refrain from using the Website and/or ordering the Service Provider’s services.
2.1. Acceptance means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by performing the actions specified in Section 6. Acceptance results in the Agreement being concluded.
2.2. Customer means any legal entity or individual that has accepted this offer and receives the Service Provider’s services under its terms.
2.3. Services means the services listed on the Website and provided by the Service Provider under this offer and the current price list (service descriptions on the Website).
3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Services selected by the Customer on the Website, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the Services in accordance with this offer.
3.2. Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis unless otherwise stated for a particular service on the Website.
4.1. The price of the Services is determined by the current price list published on the Website.
4.2. The Service Provider may unilaterally change the price list and the terms of this offer without prior consent of the Customer. Changes apply to new orders and do not affect orders already paid for.
5.1. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance (confirmation of payment by the Customer) and remains in effect until the Parties have fully performed their obligations.
5.2. The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services properly and without interruption in accordance with the service description on the Website.
6.1. The offer is accepted by performing one or more of the following actions:
7.1. The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any breach caused by force majeure circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control.
8.1. If it is impossible to provide the Services due to the Service Provider’s fault and the Customer requests a refund of unused funds, the refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the claim is confirmed as justified, unless otherwise required by law.
8.2. In other cases, refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and/or the terms of a specific service stated on the Website.
9.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. The complaint/review period is up to 7 (seven) calendar days unless a different period is established by law.
10.1. The Service Provider may amend this offer. The current version is published on the Website.
