General provisions

This Payment and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the procedure for paying for services and refunding funds for services provided by DaxGroup LLP on https://likeraptor.com/.

The Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer and applies to all Users/Customers who have accepted the offer. To the extent not regulated by this Policy, the terms of the Public Offer and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, shall apply.

 

Payment for services

Payment for services is made using bank cards of the Visa, Mastercard and MIR payment systems. To make a payment, you will be redirected to a payment page that provides security in accordance with PCI DSS standards. The card details you enter are securely protected. We do not store your card details.

We ensure the security of your payment information and use secure payment processing methods. If you experience any issues with payment, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Refunds

Refunds are possible in accordance with this Policy. If you wish to request a refund, please contact support and provide the order/payment number (transaction ID) from which the payment was made.

The time it takes for the refund to be credited may be several business days and depends on the issuing bank and the payment system.

 

Payment and warranties

Payment by card implies your agreement with the terms of service and this Policy.

Warranties and service terms are stated on the page of the relevant service. Please review the terms on the order page before paying.

We are not responsible for the results of promotion services provided by other providers, nor for the consequences of actions by the User that violate the rules of third-party platforms/services.

 

Prohibited topics

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders related to topics and materials that violate the law or third-party rights, or that are contrary to our rules and safety principles. Such topics include, in particular:

  • extremism, terrorism, calls for violence or incitement of hatred
  • discrimination and humiliation on the basis of race, nationality, religion, gender, orientation, disability, etc.
  • pornography and sexual services, including 18+ content, escort services, prostitution
  • any content involving the sexualization of minors
  • illegal trafficking of narcotics, psychotropic substances and their analogues; promotion of their use
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives and other dangerous items (including instructions for making them)
  • fraud, phishing, financial pyramids, deceptive schemes, forged documents
  • malware, hacking, spam mailings, actions aimed at bypassing/violating system security
  • infringement of intellectual property rights (pirated content, counterfeit brands)
  • gambling, betting and lotteries, where their promotion is restricted or prohibited by applicable law
  • sale/purchase of accounts, personal data, stolen or compromised materials

The list is not exhaustive: we may reject an order if there are reasonable risks of violating the law, third-party rights or third-party platform rules, or if the content may harm users.

If an order is rejected or cancelled for the reasons above, the payment amount will be refunded to the same card from which the payment was made, less the value of services actually provided (if applicable).

 

Amendments and updates

We may amend this Policy without prior notice. The current version is published on the website. We recommend checking the terms periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.
